This is my favorite list app. I panicked when it suddenly disappeared and I couldn't recall the name. Tried several others and hated them, then finally managed to remember the name, got it booted back up and felt such a sense of relief. Keeping multiple lists going simultaneously is key..... birthday, trip packing, shopping, tasks. Can switch between lists easily. Also LOVE the ability to check an item off (strikes through the text) but it stays on the list. Helps to see what I've accomplished.

I'm always on the lookout for the better app, the better widget, and always come back to NoteToDo. I can put it on as the first screen I see when I open my phone, resize the screen to my liking, put up several screens on one page or have one NoteToDo page per screen, move things within a list, or from one list to another. There's even more it can do, and this is just the free version. For two bucks, it gets even better. I've been using NoteToDo for years and I highly recommend this widget.

Looks great! The best widget and multi to do do list out there. Tons of backup options. Fully customizable. It is the best. I tried Evernote.... No thanks. Evernote is completely freeform and not what I want. This syncs across all my devices and is infinitely expandable in terms of numbers of lists. Here's an idea: aside from your regular lists, keep a list of "when I retire". Any time something pops into your mind that you want to learn or do, but have no time, put it in that list.
