๐ ABOUT LUCKY PRIORITY
Lucky Priority is a productivity app built around the Eisenhower Task Matrix. Instead of one long to-do list, Lucky Priority helps you sort every task by urgency and importance so you know what needs action now and what can wait, be reassigned, or removed.
Whether you track daily chores, study goals, work items, or personal errands, Lucky Priority turns a crowded list into a clear visual board you can read in seconds.
๐ฏ FOUR PRIORITY QUADRANTS
Lucky Priority organizes tasks into four matrix zones:
โข Do First โ Urgent and Important: handle these immediately โข Schedule โ Not Urgent but Important: plan these with intention โข Delegate โ Urgent but Not Important: mark items that others could handle โข Eliminate โ Not Urgent and Not Important: reduce or drop these items
Each quadrant on the Task Board shows a live task count, color-coded header, and scrollable list. Tap + Add Task inside any quadrant. Set Urgent and Important toggles when saving, and Lucky Priority places the item in the matching zone.
โ
CREATE AND MANAGE TASKS
Adding a task in Lucky Priority takes a few taps:
โข Enter a title up to 120 characters โข Add optional notes up to 300 characters โข Toggle Urgent and Important to set priority โข Save and see the task on your board right away
Tap a task card to open Edit Task and change the title, notes, or priority. Tap the checkbox to mark a task done โ completed items stay on the board with a struck-through title. Delete a single task from the card or from the edit screen. Use Clear All Tasks on the Results screen to reset the full list. A confirmation dialog appears before all data is removed.
๐ RESULTS SCREEN
The Results section in Lucky Priority summarizes your current workload:
โข Total, Done, and Pending counters โข A bar chart of task counts across Do First, Schedule, Delegate, and Eliminate โข A color-coded breakdown list for each quadrant โข Priority insight text that updates based on your tasks
Insights may suggest focusing on Do First items, planning important Schedule tasks, celebrating when all tasks are done, or reviewing pending items. Open Results from the main menu or from the Task Board toolbar icon.
๐ MAIN MENU
The home screen in Lucky Priority displays Total Tasks and Completed counts before you open the board. Tap Open Board to view the matrix or View Results to see statistics. Back buttons on the Task Board and Results screens return you to the menu or board.
๐พ SAVED ON YOUR DEVICE
Tasks in Lucky Priority are stored locally on your phone or tablet. Your board remains after you close the app and reopen it later. The app does not require an account for task management.
๐จ MOBILE INTERFACE
Lucky Priority uses a dark theme with animated particle background, glass-style panels, and touch-friendly buttons. The matrix shows all four quadrants on one screen. Each zone scrolls independently when your lists grow longer.
๐งญ WHO IS IT FOR
Students balancing deadlines. Professionals managing meetings and focused work. Self-employed workers tracking client requests. Anyone with an unstructured list who wants a simple way to separate urgent-important work from low-value noise.
Lucky Priority keeps the workflow simple: you set urgency and importance, and the matrix shows where each task belongs.
