Very frustrating to use, everyday I have a different issue. Half the time the balance never loads. The menu also never shows up for me, and works just fine for everyone I know who uses the app on iOS. Now for the past day the app just says "connection offline", so I can't even use it. This app is so unreliable that I have to keep track on my phone. I think that I need to just find out what my balance is, and start keeping track in my notes app because this app doesn't work.

The app works well for the most part. There are 2 big issues though. First, it requires you take a picture of yourself, which I refuse to do. I instead used a picture of Barrack Obama. Second, it turns on Bluetooth automatically, which is very annoying if you don't want to use it. I had to strip the app of that ability which you can only do if you are rooted.

I have been trying to add a (very valid) visa credit card (I use it nearly every day) to my account for months, the app says invalid card. Update: I have finally heard back from eatable (after many attempts at contact) that CCs might not be allowed at our campus. This would be good to be notified of in the app! The 'got a question' tab is broken on the app as well.
