App not working, not even at all seems that you need an iPhone for the app to work. OK so now the company has "tried" to help me with my issue. But the are very insulting. They are treating me like I don't know how to use my phone, even though tech is my thing. This company has belittled me with comments like, "Did you turn your phone off and back on again?" or "Did you uninstall the app and reinstall it?" or "Is your internet working on your phone?" yes, yes, and yes. My phone works.

The design of the app is good but it on occasion errors saying no payment method or not being able to use the selected location. Worst yet when it does error it will take the money but still not put the order through to the selected store, resulting in either we having to place the order again and the app taking more money or going to the store to explain the situation. This needs to be fixed!
