About this game

Dicogite is a dictionary transformed into a board game.

One player holds the phone: the word appears in front of them, and they read its definition aloud. The others search. After one minute, clues begin to appear—and each one costs a point.

Twelve categories to mix and match as you like.

Two modes

• With friends—2 to 8 players around a single device. The reader remains the same throughout the game, or the device is passed around for each word.

• Solo—the word remains hidden; it's up to you to type it in before time runs out.

A scoring system that adds pressure:
A word is worth 10 points at the start of the round. Every sixth of the time elapsed costs one point, as does each clue revealed. Finding it quickly earns points; persistence still pays off.

A game tailored for your evening.

Turn length from 1 to 6 minutes, timing of the first clue, difficulty level (perfect for playing with children or making it seriously challenging), number of rounds, player names. Your settings are saved for next time.
