About this app

MHP Sales Manager is the internal communications app for teams operating mobile home parks (MHP) and RV communities. It keeps managers, admins, sales directors and field staff connected through fast direct messages, group chats and per-community feeds — all backed by the same secure backend you already use on the web.

This app is for staff use only. Residents do not have access.

• 1:1 direct messages with anyone in your organization.
• Private group channels for projects, regions or shifts.
• @mentions, replies and file or photo attachments.
• Real-time delivery with live unread badges.
• Soft-delete your own messages at any time.

▸ Community HQ — one feed per community
• Each mobile home park gets its own shared feed.
• Quickly switch between communities you have access to from a single picker.
• Per-community unread badges so nothing slips through.
• Add and share important links pinned to the community.
• Replies, mentions, attachments and live updates included.
• Admins and sales directors can moderate posts when needed.

• Push notifications for direct messages, group messages and community activity.
• Granular controls in Settings: toggle each notification type independently.
• Tap any notification to jump straight to the relevant thread or community.

▸ Roles and access
• Super admins and sales directors see all companies and communities.
• Company admins see their own organization.
• Managers see only the parks they are assigned to.
• Access is enforced server-side, so people only see what they should.

▸ Privacy and security
• JSON Web Token authentication with refresh rotation.
• Tokens stored in the device's secure keystore (never plain storage).
• Push devices can be unregistered remotely on logout.
• HTTPS on every request to the backend.

You cannot sign up inside the app. Accounts are issued by your organization's administrator. If you don't have an account yet, contact your company admin or write to [e-mail].
