Ratings and reviews

The filter is useless... promos on publicity do not open the relevant pages. Eg. Could not find all qled samsung tvs using filters... which are bad. Nor using key words. Needs improvements urgently. Buscape is exemplary re. Filter etc All tge other dedicated apps like casas bahia, ponto frio, extra etc have the same problem. The filters are hopeless.

Foi péssimo! Comprei relógio digital multifunção e este parou de funcionar 8 dias após. Não há como reclamar através do app e nos dados da nota fiscal ninguém respondeu por nenhuma mídia. Nunca mais vou comprar com Magazine Luiza ou MAGALU. NUNCA!!! It was awful! I bought a wristband watch and it stopped working 8 days later. There is no way to complain through the app and in the invoice data nobody answered for any media. I will never buy again with Magazine Luiza or MAGALU. NEVER!!!

It is not easy to use. It gets frozen and goes back to different dearch results. The build-in search engine does not work very well. My order was cancelled twice. At the end I have to go to the shop to talk with real people.
