Avoid at all costs. The app, when it wants to work, isn't much different from all the others like it. But this one repeatedly fails to open, force stop/clear cache, etc doesn't resolve. You tap the app icon and the app opening motion happens but then immediately it closes. Widget almost NEVER works. Have to press tap to run more than once every time, without fail. I wish I'd known - I would have bought a device that uses any other app

App changes the lights and has built in options, but don't bother trying to use more than one login in your house. When my husband and I set up "saved" scenes, it changes the saved scenes in the other's separate account but also doesn't share the saved scenes across accounts. Using unique logins and we even created separate groups of the lights, but it doesn't matter. The app is super annoying for trying to make anything tap-to-run. *EDITED AFTER THEIR RESPONSE* We tried using the same login.

pretty cool. it does everything it says, and it's fairly easy to figure out the app. Not that I want to have to use an app for a silly light... but it is totally optional. Piece of cake to install. I do wish it was about 10% to 20% brighter, but it is better than several others. It does spread out the light nicely. I needed that because it's in the middle of my kitchen and my perimeter counters are too dark. it helps quite a bit, but I still think I'll get 3 more.
