Without the hassle of installing applications for each service provider and copying/saving certificates, you can simply install Appfree and conveniently perform digital signatures on the mobile web using certificates stored in TouchEn Appfree. 2. Certificate Management

You can change or delete the password of the certificate copied to TouchEn Appfree for electronic signatures on the mobile web.

[App Access Permission Guide]

In accordance with the Information and Communications Network Act for the Protection of Users Regarding Smartphone App Access Permissions, effective March 23, 2017, Appfree - Electronic Signature and Appfree access only the items absolutely necessary for the service, and the details are as follows:

- Essential Permissions

1. Internet: Used for App UI, banner information, certificate copying, etc.

2. Wi-Fi Connection Information: Used to verify Device ID for user authentication

3. Phone: Used for SKT carrier subscription lookup (https://apis.skplanetx.com) and authentication

4. Storage: Used for storing and reading certificates

[Note]

- In accordance with Android security policies, the storage location for shared certificates has changed on Android OS version 11 and above starting November 2021. (Changed from the smartphone device's internal shared storage (external storage) to the AppFree app's internal storage)

If the certificate is displayed in other apps but not in AppFree, please launch AppFree, select More (+) - Import Certificate to copy the shared certificate into the AppFree app, and then use it.

- For smartphone repairs, please delete the certificate stored in TouchEn AppFree before receiving service to protect customer information.

- If you no longer use TouchEn AppFree, please delete all certificates before uninstalling the application to protect customer information.

- If any revoked certificates remain in TouchEn AppFree, please delete them.

- In the event of smartphone loss, please ensure that the certificate is revoked through the issuing certification authority and reissued. - TouchEn Appfree may not function if the smartphone usage environment is arbitrarily modified (rooting, hacking, etc.).
