Manage your fleet and departures
Manage vehicles, equipment, ambulance kits, and employee profiles directly within the app. You can even create your own processes with custom control points.
Fill and track vehicle reports
Associate a report with each vehicle. Know who drove it, its condition, and any incidents reported. Also manage the presence (or absence) of onboard kits.
Check vehicle kits and their contents
Inspect care kits in each ambulance and get notified when equipment is missing. Track the full equipment history to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Get alerts for incidents and missing kits
Receive instant notifications for any incident related to your fleet. Each alert is titled, timestamped, and linked to a specific vehicle. You are also alerted when a care kit is missing, so you are never caught off guard.

Our Story
The Luminiz app was born from the initiative of a healthcare transport professional in Haute-Savoie, combined with the tech expertise of two co-founders: Vincent and Aurelien.

We are four dedicated collaborators, bringing together all the key skills needed to build and grow the solution.
