The content in the app is useful, but technical implementation is horrible. It's very very slow. Sometimes it displays content in the app, sometimes it loads pdfs to open separately, sometimes opens browser. Live update of buses refreshes the whole page every second, it's unusable. The same bus stop can have multiple items in the app with different routes shown. Maps of the lifts are outdated, some lifts are missing. Time when lifts close are incorrect.

Barely ever works. Lift status and transit never even loads. One of the worst ski/ mountain apps I've used. Not surprised, considering Chamonix is years behind other domains in the area

So confusing. Worst app ever. If you want to check which bus to take, first you need to search for the nearest bus stop (which is not visible in Google maps), second you need to find out which route you need to take (which is available in a separate brochure), third you need to know which direction to go in. All of these when you can't understand French. Can you please add a route planner feature? It will save millions of minutes to confused travelers like me.
