Just stopped working. It worked perfectly for two years. I wluldn't feel comfortable giving it the 5 star review it would have desrved last year. I gave it three stars to call attention to this. The app logged me out and every time I try logging back in it gives the "Device time out..." message and will not allow you to sign in nor turn a plug on or off. Period. I tried uninstalling the app, the installing it again. No dice. I will try a few other things that require a little more time

Works pretty well, I haven't had any major issues with it. It takes a little while for the socket to connect, but it's no big deal. Just recently, naming the devices stopped working, it won't stay saved when the app is closed... About the bad reviews: I have had a reliable experience with this app ever since I downloaded it in January. It has never failed to work and I've used it on two different phones, so I'm not sure whether it's the app, or the device's fault for people's bad experiences.

Tell you about your experience, I would like to have an experience. Took forever to get the one smart plug working, then all of a sudden it started coming on by itself. I opened the app and it wanted me to log in (seriously? Log into an app to control a plug on my own phone?) that aside, my log in credentials are wrong. They were saved, how can they be wrong? So reset my password. Nope, can't do that, my email doesn't exist. REALLY? Trashing the app, and the plug. WORTHLESS!
