paid for a week and have only been able to watch for 1 day. the ap keeps spinning. I have Uninstalled, cleared cache and restarted phone. not fixed. don't waste you money. I have given feedback and still not fixed. I tried yet again with 2 days left of what I paid for. I Uninstalled and reinstalled and won't go back to my subscription. so yes don't pay for even the promotional first week. wasted money. have yet to even hear anything from them.

Drama are better than most Vertical Drama apps, but the customer service is sorely lacking. Even with a paid subscription, I am still seeing commercials, lots of commercials. Repeated attempts to get an answer from customer service over 10+ days has resulted in requests for purchase receipts which, once provided, get me ghosted by the so-called support team. Even the latest request, to which I attached the receipt up front, resulted in a request for the receipt.

Might be the best shorts app Ive come across. Ability to toggle app functions on and off, go back or forward easily in an episode is a huge plus. A lot of the functions on other apps don't offer it all in one app, this one does everything I wished for in other apps but none managed to accomplish. Love on-screen credits, so I can see actors names. App is very affordable for a yearly subscription and has great shorts with my favorite actors. Synopsis availability would be my only suggestion.
