Luton Highways-IQ enables fast, accurate carbon calculation from the largest resurfacing contract to the smallest hand lay repair. Its unique, GPS enabled, distance tracking system allows for accurate , multi-site carbon accounting which delivers a fully auditable carbon record. Traditional asphalt carbon calculation tools are very complex and there is no single international standard model. Luton Highways-IQ's Calculator is designed to be the quickest and simplest method of evaluating the emissions from road surfacing activities. The carbon emissions data and calculation algorithms used in Luton Highways-IQ are sourced from several internationally recognised road infrastructure carbon calculation tools. Asphalt-IQ has aggregated the data into convenient, relevant, emissions categories and uses standard statistical analysis principles to present the carbon emissions total. The calculation is typically completed inside 2 minutes from opening the App.
