Ratings and reviews

Aside from booking and the online check-in, this app is good for nothing else. It doesn't show gate information nor does it update changes in departure times nr delays. Bookings and online-check ins can be made without this. This app is just a waste of space.

This has to be the worst airline app. Slow, and doesn't even remember your bookings... 2025-09-13, the app asked me to rate it, again. It's still one of the worst app I ever had to use. Everything takes forever, it often crashes, and doesn't actually remember you or your booked flights...

Not fit for purpose. Developers, please look at the Ryanair App to see how it's done. If I could give no star, I would. Update on 2 Jan 2026. Slight improvement. Boarding pass now available but is not accessible after first view. Unfortunately poor for such a nice airline.
