Slow, glitchy and not very user friendly. You can't store your boarding passes on it. In fact, it's still asking me to check in when I've already downloaded my boarding pass. Information difficult to find. No updates on delays etc. I wonder what the point of it is. Oh and the airline has zero customer service!

The app works better than before but there is no access to your boarding passes once checked in, which makes no sense for an airline app. Everytime you want to retrieve date from your flights you have to learn the booking number by heart because you have to insert it every single time. Doesn't give you any updates on your flights in case of delays or gate changes. The Lufthansa app is 100x better.

This was honestly one of the worst apps I’ve used for booking flights. Both the website and mobile app are super slow, which made the whole process a headache. The site crashed three times while I was trying to book, and after I finally managed to enter my payment info, it failed after the payment was processed. When I refreshed, the same flight was suddenly €200 more expensive. In the end, I gave up and booked with Lufthansa instead
