This has to be the worst airline app. Slow, and doesn't even remember your bookings... 2025-09-13, the app asked me to rate it, again. It's still one of the worst app I ever had to use. Everything takes forever, it often crashes, and doesn't actually remember you or your booked flights...

It's the worst app I've used in a year. If you try to change any detail, you lose flight results; the whole search does not work anymore. It does not allow you to change dates, for example. The loyalty program does not work. It tells you that it added your loyalty flights, but it doesn't add anything. the UX is horrible

i have a PhD and can't find my boarding pass in this abysmal excuse of an app. i managed to check-in and saw my boarding pass once, but it is not stored in this app it is not shown in this app. i see my flight, i can manage my booking yet i do not ever find my boarding pass. should this not be the sole purpose of this app? consider stopping to shove rental cars and hotels in my face and give me my QR code you nimwits
