About this app

Luxe Surfaces is the field sales application for authorised Luxe Surfaces staff and partners. Accounts are issued by the company — there is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without an account.

What it does:

Catalogue — browse the tile and surface range, filter by brand, finish, size and colour, and search visually by photographing a tile to find its match in the catalogue.

Quotations — build a quotation on site: choose products, set areas and quantities, apply price lists and discounts, then generate a PDF to share with the client.

Presentations — assemble a client deck from selected products and export it as a PDF or PowerPoint file.

Order confirmations — turn an approved quotation into a confirmed order and download the accompanying document.

CRM — record leads and enquiries, log calls, meetings and site visits, schedule follow-up tasks, and attach photographs or documents.

The app requires an internet connection and signs in against the company's own servers. Camera access is used only to photograph tiles for visual search and to attach images to records. File access is used to attach documents and to save the quotations and presentations you generate.

What’s new

Sales Dashboard is now in the app for partners and super admins: FY switching, KPI cards, a quarterly pulse, and Region, Brand, Channel and Sales Persons panels.

Fixes in this release:
- Drill-down sheets scroll properly and the backdrop no longer swallows touches.
- The Sales Persons panel is named to match web, with a clearer selected-executive layout and roster rows that fit on one line.
- The Channel panel gains the brand-split detail card web already had.
