LuxMapper is an app that uses your smartphone's camera as an illuminance sensor to easily measure and record indoor brightness. The measurement results are intuitively visualized using a heatmap, making it useful for reviewing and improving lighting plans.
[Main Features]
■ Real-time Illuminance Meter: Analyzes camera exposure information and displays the illuminance (lux) at the current location in real time. You can easily check brightness without a dedicated illuminance meter.
■ Illuminance Distribution Measurement: Measures illuminance at multiple points in a room and records the unevenness of brightness throughout the space. By loading a floor plan image and placing measurement points, you can understand the distribution more accurately.
■ Heatmap Display: Displays measurement data as a color gradient heatmap. Bright and dark areas are immediately visible, allowing you to visually check lighting imbalances and blind spots.
■ Project Management: Measurement results can be saved and managed as projects. Organize measurement data from multiple rooms and locations for easy review.
■ Calibration: Measurement values can be corrected to match the device being used. By adjusting the coefficient and offset, more accurate measurements are possible.
[Recommended for:]
* Those who want to improve the lighting environment at home or in the office
* Building and equipment professionals who conduct lighting plans and equipment inspections
* Those who want to check the actual environment against JIS illuminance standards
* Those who want to easily check for uneven lighting and dark areas
[Notes:]
* This app provides estimated values using camera exposure information and does not guarantee the same accuracy as a dedicated illuminance meter.
* Measurement accuracy varies depending on the device model and camera performance.
* Please use the calibration function for more accurate measurements.
