This is probably the worst mobile software application I've ever used. The scheduling interface DOES NOT WORK. It does not save the settings and there is no place in the app to tell it to set Schedule to ON. The whole user interface is horrible and confusing. The previous app was bad but this new version is effectively unusable. Please, please just release a simple app allowing customers to set a schedule in an easy way. It's the only essential thing a "smart" thermostat needs to do.

Absolutely terrible. Will not connect to WiFi after FOUR DAYS OF TRYING! I have a separate 2.4g network. I have reset the device a dozen times. I have had it six inches from the router. It does not matter. It has only found the 2.4g network three or four times out of the dozens of attempts and will never connect. How a company can do this is beyond me.

I don't get it. There were no issues before this update. Can't get my thermostat to connect to wifi even after resetting it, changing batteries, etc. I've seen that others have had this issue as well. Emailed tech support a week ago, still no response. Do not buy a product from this company. Unfortunately, chances are of you're downloading this app, you already did. Return it as soon as you can.
