*Main functions
[Common entrance door entry]
- Common entrance door entry: You can enter and exit the common entrance door automatically or manually.
If you set the entry mode to automatic, the common entrance door will open automatically without running the app.
- Entry record: You can check the entry and exit record with the app or smart key.

[Parking]
- Parking status: You can check the status of vacant and empty vehicles in real time.
- Save parking location: You can save the location of the vehicle after parking.
- Check parking location: You can check the saved parking location.
- Set preferred parking area: You can set the area where you park frequently as the preferred parking area.
- Preferred parking area notification: When you enter the parking lot, you will be notified of the number of available parking spaces in the preferred parking area.

[Emergency call]
In case of an emergency, if you press the emergency call button in the app,
you can call the disaster prevention center through the nearby CCTV.

[Connecting to the Management Office Call]

You can easily connect to the Management Office by phone when you have inquiries.

[Setting the Phone Number Notification Board]

You can set the phone number to be displayed on the phone number notification board.

- Notification: Used to provide voice and screen notifications on the number of available parking spaces in the representative preferred parking area.

※ You can use Parking Avenue even if you do not agree to the optional access rights, but some services may be restricted.
