The Luxsurance Digital Vault enables its customers to have complete control of their luxury assets in the palm of their hand. It is a state-of-the-art jewelry digital catalogue that provides the customer a comprehensive inventory of his or her jewelry collection as well as the ability to qualify for and purchase insurance instantaneously with the tap of a button.
Any time one of our customers buys an item from one of our sponsored Jewelry Retailers, a picture of the item, along with all relevant purchase and insurance information (policy docs, receipts, etc.), will be automatically uploaded to the customers' vault. This will allow the customer to keep his finger on the pulse of the status of any item in his or her jewelry collection.
The Luxsurance Digital Vault breaks the barrier by becoming the App for the sponsored Jewelry Retailer. Luxsurance is reinventing and reimagining the relationship with Jewelry Retailers' clients, establishing an authentic accountable way to connect and serve. Luxsurance, through the App, creates business within the organization that includes using a CRM platform to incorporate data and metrics in order to better personalize and streamline the client relationship.
