I love how this app is so user friendly. Any water issues you might have, this app gives you so many solutions and if you can't find what you need on the app, it will tell you where to go or what you need to buy if anything. Customer Service is GREAT!!! I had an issue with a leak and they referred me to watch videos that showed you what to look for and then what to do all in one place. On the app itself, there are so many "Free" smart products that you can sign up for.

Service has been unavailable to log in and pay on mobile site for months. App doesn't let me view account either. Only way to pay is on a computer to log in or find a physical bill and call in(it's 2022). I bet late payments would go down incrementally if you could fix either or.

Have met and been helped by some great ladies from Customer Care and really took some time and effort on their part to get me back on schedule and in good standing with my bill that got into overwhelming back pay and late payments because of Covid and some nefarious renters that took advantage of the "no eviction" clauses because of Covid. Thank You very much for your help and patience. I now have one more payment and I'm fully caught up without that stress every month trying to find the finance
