Would give zero stars if possible. Phone is connected to the drones WiFi signal, but the app does not connect to the drone. Constant error message "failed to get image, please make sure you are connected to the device's WiFi" after hitting "start" in the app. I've rebooted both the drone and my phone. Cleared cache and data from the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Drone battery is fully charged. Nothing works.

I purchased the updated ranger x7 pro and now the app just crashes the second I try connecting to the drone. it doesn't crash when I am connected to my internet wifi- but then it doesn't connect to the drone either. This doesn't support the first revision of the Ranger, and the "Fly EXO" app is now missing. EXO should bring all their apps under one account, and consolidate the updates. they also need to get the firmware update for the Remote ID for the version 1 of the Ranger X7

I've had the drone for a year and a half and didn't have problems with the app until recently. I couldn't calibrate it with the app. I was on vacation and while the controller worked fine, I struggled using the app. Turns out the VPN on my phone was interfering, preventing me from getting telemetry from the drone. If you're running a VPN, turn it off before flying. App works great for me now.
