About this app

LYA Concierge transforms the QR code displayed at your hotel reception into everything the hotel wants to tell you—and everything you need to know about the surrounding city.

Scan it once upon arrival. The app adopts your hotel's colors, photographs, and language, and keeps them for the duration of your stay.

INSIDE — your hotel
• Rooms, restaurant, spa, rooftop — what your hotel offers, described in its own words and shown with its own images
• Request a service without picking up the phone: choose the time, indicate the number of people in your party, and send. The reception desk sees it.

• Direct numbers, hours, and booking links always up to date — the hotel updates them itself, no app update required

OUTSIDE — the city
• The guide to the city you're in: restaurants, cafes and rooftops, culture, shopping, and excursions
• Chosen by locals — not sifted from reviews, not ranked by who paid
• Photos, addresses, phone numbers, and hours for every listing

Designed for the way we actually travel
• No account, no password, no email address. Scan the QR code; that's all you need to log in.

• Your name and room number remain private and are deleted 90 days after your departure
• Nothing to search for, nothing to pay for — your hotel's contents are simply there

For guests of partner hotels
LYA Concierge requires the access code printed from your hotel's reception desk; without it, there's nothing to display. If your hotel isn't already using LYA, tell them about us.
