Update: 9/9/19. My data is limited yet I have paid for it. No customer service to call. I am getting charged for calls not connected. That is unfair practice of milking users who make long distance international calls. When calling, the app begins charging at about 7 seconds, even if the call is not connected and it's just ringing. Also many times my calls have been diverted to a wrong number and I end up speaking to the wrong person in a different country and still billed for it.

Useless. Not able to login because OTP is not received. This issue is there for months together without being fixed. This means the app is dead and not being maintained at all. The web portal interface is the worst one ever. Everytime I try to recharge, it takes a lot of time because of some issue or the other. This company is almost dead. No use.

Crash all time. Bad service. You click to concel the renewal for your plan. They said it's done. As you close and restart the app you deserved that the renewal still there. No chat option in the app. The customer service is a bunch of layers. They don't have any idea about this company, and they invent storys and offers. They gave me false information many times. What cost me money and get me in trouble. Last one I lost 60 dollars for plan that I'm unable to use outside the country. Do not recom
