Ratings and reviews

The app itself is great and it worked great for a few months for me. I was using a free account with a monthly balance limit, which was great as I didn't have to spend more money. I would like to keep using the app but I do not have access to a Turkish phone number anymore. I wish the app was also available for people residing outside Türkiye.

I think the audience for the app only for Turk citizens, but after the last update they add YTC but i can't find my country in the list .. it's bad actually, on the other hand the UX/UI are great and working smoothly. I'm afraid that i can't use it until they add my country to the list.( I have 4 verified bank accounts,but it's seems the app company have it's owen rules to not expect us)

I'm commenting as a person without Turkish ID or any bank accounts, This app and this service has a lot of downsides, or it seems to be the case because the information provided for the users is so vague, you're not gonna know how to buy a card or deposite money. But it has English language which is rare in Turkish apps. Also I couldn't find any options to enter the app with finger print biometrics.
