Ratings and reviews

This app is not the most user friendly or sophisticated. It does the very basic things you need it to - check balances, transfer internally, and deposit checks. It doesn't link to your credit card so that you can view transactions or allow you to transfer externally unless you pay bills with Zelle (I don't know anyone who uses Zelle). I have been frustrated with this app more times than I can count. I would love to see LNB invest a little in a better app.

I was able to do transfers from one account to another for years and now I can't causes a huge inconvenience. The app is not as sufficient as all my other bank apps. This app seems a bit outdated in times of digital banking. Please correct the transfer as it states unable to make transfer at this time try back later. It has not been corrected in 2022.

I wish you were able to see your pending transactions.... You couldn't with the old app, and you still can't with this app. You can see that the money has been taken out, but you don't see the transaction till it posts.... Which is quite annoying! I always have to log into my internet to see these .. is the app supposed to make things easier??
