Edited: Glitches a bunch, especially after business hours. Can't take screenshots of this app to show issues, either (wasn't gonna show personal information!!) But when it's working, it's very handy! (This was my 6/2022 review, still true today. Surprised I could make a mobile deposit at 3am! Update 10/15/25- while there have been updates to the layout, there are still the same glitches. I still can't pull up a viewable statement on my phone no matter what mode it's in and print it out!!!

I wish you were able to see your pending transactions.... You couldn't with the old app, and you still can't with this app. You can see that the money has been taken out, but you don't see the transaction till it posts.... Which is quite annoying! I always have to log into my internet to see these .. is the app supposed to make things easier??

This app is not the most user friendly or sophisticated. It does the very basic things you need it to - check balances, transfer internally, and deposit checks. It doesn't link to your credit card so that you can view transactions or allow you to transfer externally unless you pay bills with Zelle (I don't know anyone who uses Zelle). I have been frustrated with this app more times than I can count. I would love to see LNB invest a little in a better app.
