fix your login process. can't use special characters what kind of nonsense is that. second I like your sound quality better than beats studio pro+ but you need to allow the volume limits to go higher. they are not loud enough and I'm sure you are doing it for battery life but I don't care let me turn the volume up louder!

My cozy snug ear buds are good yes, nut the app does not work. doesn't show up as an option when searching for devices.

the app doesn't detect my buds. I tried both when the buds are connected to my phone and also after unpairing my buds to see if that would show them.
