Ratings and reviews

The device eventually stops connecting, and the customer service to troubleshoot is absolutely horrible. Gave extremely detailed information about what was broken (the reset button to allow the app to pair), keep getting 1 email a day about how to "fix" this that all amount to pushing the button that doesn't work. Wouldn't even send the first attempt until I sent a video of me pushing a button that did nothing. A huge waste of money given how quickly it stops working.

the feeder is great but the app sometimes shows no feeder unless I force close and relaunch and sometimes I get a spinning wheel that doesn't go away until I uninstall and reinstall the app. update Aug 11, 2026: I'm dropping my rating further from 3 to 2 stars. the app keeps losing the device and I have to re-pair often. I'm not sure why the settings don't stick after connecting back, the meal schedule has to be reprogrammed every time it's just a hassle.

honestly, this thing sucks. i have been using it for months in hopes that my automatic cat feeder would work well. the thing disconnects after a few days and I have to keep putting time that I don't have into fixing the connection. I bought this product and used this app because it was supposed to save me time. it doesn't.
