M1 TimePilot Manager is the phone app for owners, HR teams and branch managers of companies that use M1 TimePilot for attendance and HR.
TODAY AT A GLANCE
• Live staff: who is working, on a break, late or not in yet, updated through the day
• Everything waiting for you in one place, with counts per queue
• Birthdays and work anniversaries coming up
APPROVALS IN ONE TAP
• Leave requests, with the employee's annual leave balance on the card
• Manual-log, overtime and other requests
• Check-ins held for review (new device, outside the location), with photo and map
• Expense claims with the receipt, and loan or salary-advance requests
• Reject with a reason — the employee sees it on their phone at once
YOUR TEAM
• Search everyone you manage and see where they are right now
• Each person's punches today, the last 14 days, leave left and leave coming up
STAFF HELP DESK
• Answer the questions staff send through "Ask HR" in the Staff app, as a chat
• Assign a ticket to yourself, reply, or close it
TALK TO EVERYONE
• Send announcements to the whole company, a branch or a department
• Assign tasks to one person or many, with a due date
Branch and department managers only see the people they are responsible for, exactly as in the web console. Every decision uses the same rules as the M1 TimePilot web console.
Fully bilingual, English and Arabic.
An M1 TimePilot company account is required. Employees use the separate M1 TimePilot Staff app.
