About this app

The quote is dictated on-site. Devik prices it.

Devik is the app for construction contractors in Canada: electricians, plumbers, roofers, painters, landscapers, and excavation contractors. You dictate the work on-site, even with your gloves on; Devik transforms your dictation into a professional, priced quote with YOUR prices, ready to send.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Dictate: Describe the work aloud, add photos and notes. Even without a network connection—the capture is sent automatically when you reconnect.

2. Review: AI structures the work into sections and priced line items from your price library. Points to check are highlighted, and missing questions are listed. You remain in charge: nothing is sent without your review.

3. Send: Your client receives a professional quote that reflects your brand, reviews it online, and signs it electronically. You are notified when it is opened and signed.

What’s new

Two new things.

VISITS — Your clients book online from your own link. You see the appointment, the address opens in your maps app and the number dials with one tap. On site, dictate the quote: the visit attaches itself.

STOCK — What you keep in inventory, counted. Record what leaves right from the job, even with no signal, and get a heads-up when an item drops below your threshold.
