Trajo records your work drives for you.

You get in your vehicle and head out to work. Trajo detects the departure, follows the drive in the background, and writes it into your logbook the moment you arrive. Nothing to start, nothing to write down, nothing to reconstruct from memory at tax time.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You turn tracking on once, knowing exactly what it does.
2. You work as usual: appointments, job sites, showings, trips back to the office.
3. Your drives appear with the distance, the date, the start point and the destination. All that's left is confirming the purpose.

A LOGBOOK THAT MEETS CRA REQUIREMENTS

The Canada Revenue Agency expects a detailed record: date, destination, purpose and distance for every business trip. Trajo builds it as you go and exports it to PDF or Excel, ready for your accountant. No more notebook in the glovebox filled in three months late.

EVERY TRIP KNOWS WHY YOU DROVE

Trajo matches the drive to the right appointment and suggests the purpose on its own. A trip without a reason is a deduction you won't claim.

EXPENSES WITH THEIR RECEIPTS

Fuel, parking, client lunches: photograph the receipt on the spot. It stays attached to the expense, filed under the right T2125 category.

BUILT FOR MOBILE TRADES

Real estate, home inspection, mortgage, property management, construction and other field professions. Trajo adapts to the vocabulary and expense categories of your trade.

WHAT YOUR MANAGEMENT CANNOT SEE

Trajo is not a surveillance tool. Management never sees your real-time position or the route you drove: they get totals, not your day. Tracking is off by default, you turn it on yourself, and you can pause it whenever you want.

WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL

A basement, a dead zone on the highway: your drives keep recording and sync as soon as the signal comes back.

Trajo is built in New Brunswick, fully bilingual, for professionals who work in both languages.
