GuinGo - Partner is the operational application for towing service providers registered and approved on the GuinGo platform.

After completing registration and document review, the partner can activate their availability, receive nearby requests, check routes and estimated costs, and manage all stages of service through the application.

• Personal, document, and service vehicle profile;

• Activation of availability to receive calls;

• Details of origin, destination, distance, and estimate;

• Acceptance and management of service stages;

• Navigation, chat, and operational notifications;

• Account privacy support and management.

Receiving requests depends on approval, activated availability, location, and the platform's operational rules. Location, camera, photo, and notification permissions are requested only when necessary for the respective features.
