M2 Plus is a practical calculation tool that converts room measurements taken in the field into net and gross square meters in seconds for real estate agents.

How it works:
• Select the type of property, such as a house, business premises, or land; the standard room set is automatically loaded. • Add areas such as terraces, gardens, cellars, and garages as needed, or define completely custom rooms. • Enter the net (swept) area for each room; M2 Plus calculates the wall allowance and the contribution of areas such as balconies/terraces/gardens to the gross area according to current Turkish regulations. • Net and gross areas are displayed in large boxes on the results screen; a project name is automatically suggested (e.g., "3+1") or you can give it a custom name. • A colorful, stylish floor plan is automatically generated based on your measurements. • Save the result to your gallery or share it directly.

M2 Plus is completely free, requires no membership or login; your calculations remain only on your device. It is designed for real estate agents, property owners, and anyone working in the real estate industry.
