use to love the taxi over uber. Because it was less expensive. Yes gas prices went up, i get that. The problem is this extra $4 fee for tolls and wait....there are no tolls where i am and my driver never waits, they usually cant find me because they dont know the area. The app i thought would be more helpful than the automated system but if my ride goes from $8 to $14 with no tip...something is up. This tells me your drivers are either starting the meter before im in the car or run it up on driv

wont let me get past the sign in page. keeps saying "something went wrong. please try again later"

This is reputable company. Granted, you pay for their services, but it's a CT co., so put your money back into CT, and also they are the largest taxi Co. in the state. You won't be taking a bus, or transferring multiple times, and you will get where you are going anywhere in the state.
