About this app

The current Application has been built with partnership with multiple stakeholders and primarily equips the on-ground ASHA workers to capture comprehensive health data of expecting mothers, identifying high risk pregnancies, facilitating medical intervention and offer guidance on Antenatal, neonatal and postnatal care. The app aims to digitize the otherwise manual effort of ASHA workers and flag high risk cases facilitating timely medical support. A sustained support is needed across the continuum of pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal care through informed and well capacitated health care professional. Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA) and Auxiliary Nursing Midwife (ANM) are at the forefront of India’s community health program, especially for the maternal and childcare at early stage. Their timely response to each stages of pregnancy and prenatal and past natal care plays a significant role in reducing maternal and child care fatality, thereby reducing maternal and child mortality
