The chat option is almost never available. Your always over 50 in waiting queue, if you do get it to load. When you finally do get the option to chat, you miss it because you already closed the app. Product update and shipping information is slow. Preference is given to business clients rather than regular customers. Their phone number never worked for me. Instead of taking ownership on their slow, unfair system, they blame it on slow airtime and brokers.

terrible app. I'm currently waiting for info on items shipped and can't log on. when it's on, message shows "refresh" which does not happen. then I cannot see any pkgs available or any history of transactions. this is frustrating. smh please fix

Thank you for FINALLY updating the Android version of this app. Last release was very problematic. Otherwise. This app is excellent. Convenience at it's Best. What I would suggest is direct payment via cards as PayPal charges extra for transactions. And of course a local payment (swipe) would not have these charges.
