very poor unreliable shipping experience, i order my stuff early april 2026 and its July 2 2026 and i still hasn't received all my packages... SMH, i will never use this shipping company ever never never never never never again.

The chat option is almost never available. Your always over 50 in waiting queue, if you do get it to load. When you finally do get the option to chat, you miss it because you already closed the app. Product update and shipping information is slow. Preference is given to business clients rather than regular customers. Their phone number never worked for me. Instead of taking ownership on their slow, unfair system, they blame it on slow airtime and brokers.

yes please this is a super great company very helpful staff and very fast shipping at great prices i love you guys🥰 so if anyone need a shipping place that is the best i recommend you guy's to use west tech shipping company you won't regret it😉🥳💯👍
