Available Authentication Methods
1. PIN + Photo (SWIF Terminal)
The employee brings their face close to the camera.
The system detects that it is a human face (it does not identify who it is).
The keypad is unlocked for insertion of the 4-digit PIN provided by the manager.
After validation, the time is recorded (entry or exit) and a photo is automatically captured, visible in the employee's history.

2. Facial Recognition + PIN
The terminal automatically identifies the employee through their face.
The employee confirms their identity with the 4-digit PIN.
No photo is captured in this method, making the process quick and secure.

Ensures accuracy, security, and fraud prevention.

3. QR Code via SwifPloyee
The employee logs into the SwifPloyee application (name + 4-digit PIN).

Points the smartphone camera at the dynamic QR Code on the Swif terminal.

The QR Code renews automatically every few seconds, preventing screenshots or misuse.

The manager can release the QR Code in two ways:

Via web portal – accessing the manager's account at swifmanager.com

Via Swif application (terminal) – directly on the device installed at the workplace

SwifPloyee is the official application for employees, available on the Play Store and App Store.
