About this app

The Equipment Inspection App is an equipment management service that allows you to conveniently record daily and periodic inspections of equipment on-site, and systematically manage defects and repair history.

■ Quick Equipment Identification via QR Code

Scanning the QR code attached to the equipment takes you directly to the corresponding checklist.

If a QR code cannot be used, you can also select the equipment directly from the list.

■ Daily and Periodic Inspections

You can view the inspection items registered for each piece of equipment in order.

- Good / Poor Inspection

- Good / Poor / Not Applicable Inspection

- Input Numerical Measurements

- Management of Units, Lower Limits, and Upper Limits

- Check Inspection Progress and Unanswered Items

If numerical measurements fall outside the set criteria, they are automatically processed as defective, helping to reduce missed inspections.

■ Defect Registration and Action Management

When a defect is discovered during an inspection, the details of the defect are registered.

You can manage the processing status of registered defects by entering the corrective actions taken.

■ Repair History Management

You can record repair details, repair dates, costs, and more for each piece of equipment. You can view inspection history, defect history, and repair history in chronological order, making it easy to track changes in the equipment's condition.

You can check the inspections to be performed today and their progress status on the home screen.

Administrators can directly manage equipment information and inspection standards within the app.

Company administrators can review sign-up requests and assign user permissions.
