How It Works:
Measuring and Recording Waves in Real-time:
WaveReader uses your phone's built in sensors to detect motion patterns in ocean waves. Following NOAA standards, sensor data is converted into accurate wave measurements. Simply hold your phone steady while out on water to get wave data.
Searching for Current Wave Information by Location:
Search any location for the current wave conditions using the Marine Weather API from Open-Mateo.

Privacy First:
Location data is only used to tag your measurements and is never shared without your permission.
