I tried 4 times to order lunch for the team with 4 other apps. I was so frustrated. Until we called the restaurant and she suggested this app. It was easy to use, it didn't take me long to get everything set up, I could watch the progress of my order, it was delivered fast, and the driver was very nice.

Terrible service. We were charged, but did not receive our order. We confirmed with the restaurant that our order had never even been placed. When we try to call their customer support line, it simply hangs up. I absolutely do not recommend this app or service and would leave zero stars if possible.

Great service from the standpoint of the end user and the restaurants! The owners are easily accessible if you have any questions or issues and I like being able to support local businesses who pay their employees better than massive companies who abuse the "gig economy." Highly recommended!
