Absolutely horrible app. There is nothing more annoying than not being able to use a device you paid for becuase the only app it will work with and that app is useless. Even when I was able to successfully add the camera, it requires a separate device password to be setup, but when you try and set the password the entire app crashes. I'd love to check the support page for help, but I don't speak mandarin. Deleting the app and asking for a refund for the camera. 😡

doesn't work. cannot register an account because it never sends a code. either with an email or phone number. It's pretty much useless because it won't let you do anything without an account.

can't register, all you get is abnormal network connection, please try again. this app also asks you to verify before selecting a password, only phone works, email does not checked spam , junk, etc did not receive notification
