I've had the EM823 for several years, upgraded my phone and the Bluetooth feature stopped working. Contacted tech support and they sent me a link from the app manufacturer and it worked for about a week and then stopped picking up the BT signal again. Downgraded my phone recently and phone will pickup the BT signal and pair to the DMM but when you tap "connect" in the app, the app crashes. Mac is still advertising the Bluetooth feature for an extra $200 over the 700 series, but it doesn't work.

Worked like a charm with the old version on my S21 FE. Loved it. Now I've downloaded this Mac Tools updated version on my new S23 FE and it crashes when I press connect every single time. Tried reinstalling and rebooting with the same results. Stop breaking good apps, people.

Terrible app. Doesnt even open with the most recent update. Pay hundreds for a tool and a main function can't even work. This has been years and 2 apps.
