Madar Last Mile is a driver app built for B2C last-mile delivery operations. It helps authorized drivers manage pickups, deliveries, returns, and delivery attempts from one clear mobile workflow. From the home screen, drivers can track their progress, see completed and remaining tasks, and move between pickup and delivery work. Each task provides the shipper name, AWB number, urgency level, order age, pickup and drop-off points, distance, and estimated driving time. Drivers can go online to view available orders based on their location, review pickup and drop-off points on the map before accepting, and accept or reject assigned orders. The app supports sender calling, map directions, camera AWB scanning, manual AWB entry, shipment box and weight details, and pickup confirmation from the app. During delivery, drivers can confirm delivery with customer signature, view cash on delivery (COD)

payment details where applicable, record failed delivery reasons, manage attempted and returned orders, and receive alerts for urgent requests, assignments, confirmations, and new available orders. Madar Last Mile is designed to help drivers work with clarity, accuracy, and operational discipline across every step of last-mile delivery.
