It took two years to get this thing out... then when they finally so they take anorher year and a half to add features to the app to actually make it functional and then they charge you an annual fee for true functionality... the only place my joto belongs is in the landfill.

I can't even make an account. It won't accept my passwords despite the fact that I followed the instructions. Once it accepted one of my passwords, I tried to login, but it said it was the wrong password. I reset my password, and tried to login, but it failed again. Now I can't even reset my password. How am I supposed to proceed?

When trying to pair, I connected wifi to the joto network but the app reports that it was not able to find any other wifi networks to connect to. Dead in the water because I can't get past this step.

Hi Josh - I’m sure we can get you up and running. Various Android versions default to mobile data when trying to connect to access points without internet directly. Either drop us an email at hello@joto.rocks or post a topic on our forum at http://community.joto.rocks
