PriceTrail — Your Personal Price Notebook

Was that bag of rice cheaper last month? Which shop had the best price for your coffee? PriceTrail gives you a simple, private way to remember.

Record what an item cost, where you found it, and when. The next time you shop, PriceTrail shows your latest price, your lowest recorded price, and the history behind both.

Remember the details that matter

Save an item name, price, currency, shop or seller, category, purchase date, and an optional note. Use notes for pack sizes, discounts, quality, or anything else that will help later.

Compare your own price history

PriceTrail groups matching items into a useful summary. See the latest recorded price, your personal lowest price, how many records you have, and a lightweight visual trail from oldest to newest.

Find records quickly

Search by item, shop, or category. Filter your notebook by category or seller, then sort it by latest activity, lowest price, or item name.

Private and local-first

There is no PriceTrail account, advertising, analytics, or cloud service. Your notebook is stored in the app’s private space on your device. PriceTrail does not request location, contacts, camera, notification, or other runtime permissions.

Backups you control

Export your notebook as a readable, versioned JSON file using your device’s sharing controls. Import a PriceTrail backup at any time. Existing records stay in place, and records already present are not duplicated.

Comfortable in light or dark

Follow your device appearance automatically, or choose light or dark mode inside the app.

PriceTrail is intentionally focused: a dependable memory for everyday prices, without an account or unnecessary complexity.
