It's definitely not perfect, but the app at least saves me the trip of having to go pick up my food and offers an alternative way to order if I do decide to pick it up instead. Having your order delivered, however, can quickly become more expensive than just picking it up yourself. The one thing that frustrates me about the app is that getting a refund is near impossible. I was overcharged for an order I made through the app and was promised a refund over the phone, but never received it.

I find everything associated with the mad greens electronic interface to be terrible. their website is lame. their app is lame.

The app is great until.... there are 2 serious issues with the app, in my opinion. The first is that I can't ever get my rewards to apply. It spits out a QR code to present at the register, but the staff is unable to process the discount this way. I've now lost 2 rewards due to this. The second issue is the inability to edit your regular orders. This is most aggravating.
