Good quality but 4 out of 5 are cancelled. why waste customer's time. we could have bought it locally and in time too. now we don't have fruits for the occasion. Wholesale Mandi has started to droop in service which was good earlier. The app is fine but they are asking us not to cancel orders but they cancel from their end. 50% canclled this time.

I ordered vegetables trusting that I will get quality produce. on delivery, damaged products were returned. Raised query regarding the issue, said will be checked. Since then trying to contact but got no response. They ask to buy orders in large quantities, then give sub standard quality items. Some products were too raw and different from what I expected to be. Tomatoes were so damaged that it was soggy and liquid was dripping from it

Good quality and pricing, but delivery is not managed well at all. They rely on the Porter app for delivery, where the communication stops without coordination. We need to constantly wait for the call after placing the callback request, which can take a day or two or sometimes even more. If this is not taken care of, there is no point! Quality & pricing alone can't help in customer retention!
