Ratings and reviews

Products available are of good quality but lack of synchronisation between field and delivery team. Operations need to be taught how to process bills. They don't know the difference between Edited amount and Refunded amount. Fooling us saying refund has been issued and making us wait for days. Also, you can order the product that is not going to be delivered tomorrow and they play with the refund gimmicks. Lost the trust, never ordering with them again.

They kept my money and refused to issue a refund. They are fraud. The customer support is terrible, and there’s no way to contact them by phone. I strongly advise others not to download this app

Good quality and pricing, but delivery is not managed well at all. They rely on the Porter app for delivery, where the communication stops without coordination. We need to constantly wait for the call after placing the callback request, which can take a day or two or sometimes even more. If this is not taken care of, there is no point! Quality & pricing alone can't help in customer retention!
