bad experience ,very weak teaching method and exaggerated numbers of students per session and need to refund my money, as customers service told me 14 days and not received tell now

everything is perfect but the lesson for English in 3rd Preparatory is't working and the lesson is new so I wanna know it, and I really hope to fix the proplem

This year was the worst experience with them, Most of the videos are not uploaded in many subjects. Sending complains and always same answer we have a problem and we are working on it though the second term the increased the fees from EGP 265 per term to EGP 1080 and the reason that they are using new servers that cost them a lot. Really disappointed and will not join again next academic year.
