About this app

1. Introduction
Instacom Billing App is operated by Instacom ISP for internal use by its customers. This application is a closed, invite-only platform — accounts are created and managed exclusively by Instacom ISP administrators. No public registration is available.

2. Who Can Use This App
This app is strictly for existing Instacom ISP customers whose accounts have been created by Instacom ISP staff. Users cannot sign up independently. Access credentials are provided directly by Instacom ISP.

3. What Information Is Stored
The only information stored in this app is information that Instacom ISP enters on your behalf when creating your account:

Your name
Your email address (used as login)
Your phone number
Your address
Your account balance and subscription history

Additionally, when you submit a payment request, you may upload a payment screenshot as proof of transaction.
We do not collect any data beyond what is necessary to manage your internet service account.

4. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used exclusively to:

Allow you to log in and view your account
Display your balance and active internet package
Process payment submissions to Instacom ISP staff
Show your subscription and payment history

Your data is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose outside of managing your Instacom ISP account.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure
Payment screenshots are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket
Passwords are never stored in plain text
Only Instacom ISP administrators have access to account data
